Online Designing Competetion










Rules & Regulations

General Rules & Regulations
  1. Theme of the competetion will be halloween
  2. Submmisions are open from the 26th of October to 28th of October.
  3. This competetion is open to everyone including interactors and non-interactors
  4. The Competetion is carried under three categories
    1. Art Competetion
    2. Graphic Designing Competetion
    3. Video Designing Competetion
  5. The submisions should be relavent to the theme.
  6. The submisions should be submitted as a shareable cloud drive link(Eg-:Google drive).
  7. Your submisions should not violate the "Intellectual property Act,No 36 of 2003"
  8. Judges decision is the final decision

Art Category Rules & Regulations
  1. Participant(s) involved in the competition are liable to any copywrite infringements caused their arts. Further, the Interact Clubs of Ananda College and Colombo North shall not be held responsible for any mishaps caused by the above mentioned copywrite infringements.
  2. No margins are allowed in the art.
  3. The photographs that the competitors are submitting should be in a good quality.
  4. The photographs that the competitors are submiting should be the original photograph and adding effects to the photograph is stricly prohibited
  5. All submissions should be uploaded via a shareable drive link (Portal to be provided) between the 26th and the 28th of October, 2020. The submission portal will be suspended at 12.00 midnight on the 28th and participants shall not be able to submit their projects any further.

Requirements
  • Theme – Halloween.
  • Paper - A3 70gsm

    • Graphic Designing Category Rules & Regulations
    1. Participant(s) involved in the competition are liable to any copywrite infringements caused their videos. Further, the Interact Clubs of Ananda College and Colombo North shall not be held responsible for any mishaps caused by the above mentioned copywrite infringements.
    2. Usage of templates are strictly prohibited and can result a suspension.
    3. The organizing committee reserves the right not to accept entries that are considered inappropriate for the contest. (see Requirements).
    4. All submissions should be uploaded via a shareable drive link (Portal to be provided) between the 26th and the 28th of October, 2020. The submission portal will be suspended at 12.00 midnight on the 28th and participants shall not be able to submit their projects any further.

    Requirements

  • Allowed extentions - .png/.jpeg/.jpg
  • If possible, the project file should be included in the submission

    Video Designing Rules & Regulations
    1. Participant(s) involved in the competition are liable to any copywrite infringements caused their designs. Further, the Interact Clubs of Ananda College and Colombo North shall not be held responsible for any mishaps caused by the above mentioned copywrite infringements.

  • Resolution - 1920px x 1080px
  • Quality – Greater that 360p and less than 1080p.
  • Allowed extentions - .mp4(.H264)
  • Duration – Min. 30 seconds, Max 90 seconds.
  • If possible, the project file should be included in the submission
